Melanie Moeller is a widely respected international organizational development specialist whose unique ability to blend diverse perspectives and innovative tools has brought together teams, leaders, and interest groups in fun, productive ways. Her flair for making learning easy has enabled many people to realize their potential under her tutelage. She was born in the Dominican Republic and has lived and worked all over the world.

Founders Brian Boggs and Melanie Moeller both new to the Asheville area, and in unique positions to re-invent themselves actually met on Match.com! Melanie hoped to have two cherry trees removed from her yard. Brian offered to make something beautiful out of them.  Et Voila! A series of conversations began around mutual passions for teaching, working globally and making a difference. Shared vision and romance came together in this unique and powerful mix of community, artistry, and ecology.
